Alex is a mental health nurse consultant who specialises in mental health treatment of children and young adults (up to 25). She is able to work with individuals who are having difficulties with a range of mild to severe mental health conditions and also those with ADHD and/or Autism. Mental health conditions might include anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, depression, post-traumatic stress, self-harm, suicidal thoughts. She is also able to work with families and support networks around an individual.
I offer therapy for children, young people, and families, helping with emotional struggles, behaviour, and relationship issues. I support parents to understand their child’s needs, feel more confident, and rebuild connection. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical experience and systemic practice.
Reaching out for help is an act of courage and not a sign of weakness. I'm here to listen to you.
