Hello, I specialise in working online with Trauma, PTSD and historical abuse; with the survivors or those living with and supporting survivors. I work in a gentle, safe, yet powerfully effective trauma-informed way. I offer a FREE 30-60 minute consultation so that you can meet me and ask any questions without obligation. I could help you: 'put the past in the past'; come to terms with your past; manage triggers, emotions, flashbacks and nightmares; explore relationships with others (past and present); manage shame, anger, anxiety, depression & feeling overwhelmed.
I can help you to building confidence in yourself to make decisions and the boundaries to stand by them and to become more sociable and live your authentic life. As an 'Integrative' therapist I draw on various disciplines to suit your needs including Somatic Trauma Therapy, Positive Psychology, Gestalt, CBT, Neurobiology, Person Centred and Humanistic.
