My name is Alex, I'm an Integrative counsellor, here to listen, to offer you a place to be heard and start helping you make changes to your life to make it work for you. Throughout sessions, I offer a caring, gentle approach as you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. I won't tell you what to do, but I'm there to help you find what you need
I work online, specialising in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folk.
As a non-binary ADHDer, I have my own lived experience.
Of course, this doesn't make me the expert! But, I can help you understand why you think and feel the way you do, by asking the right questions and thinking outside of the box.
