As a therapist trained in the Person-Centred approach, it is my job to help you understand how and why you've taken your particular journey through life. I won't tell you what you've done wrong or right - you need to come to those answers yourself, and no-one likes being told off!. But using my expertise I will help you come to those answers.
I understand how hard it is to question your life decisions, and how daunting the prospect of change can be. But I also understand the hugely positive impact that making those changes can have - no matter what age or stage of life we are at.
