Hi, I'm Alex and I work with a range lf clients. I offer you the space, safety and autonomy to help you through whatever you wish to bring to therapy. I will be there every step of the way as together we explore your issues, feelings and behaviours.
I will let you set the pace, and decide what content to bring. I am responsible for helping you through the process as we work with any goals and expectations you may wish to work on.

My varied life and professional experience from over 20 years adds to my empathic understanding - including with mental health, depression, sport, addictions, sex and sexuality, men's issues
