Trauma informed therapy asks “What happened to you?” instead of “What is wrong with you?”. My approach incorporates Attachment- Focused, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Awareness, Compassion- Focused and Creative Therapy. I also offer Rewind Therapy for PTSD.
