I specialise in working with young people, adults, parents and carers, particularly where life has been shaped by trauma, loss, self-harm, anxiety, or the experience of feeling different or misunderstood. Drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, developmental psychology, and a PACE-informed relational approach, I offer individual therapy, parent and carer support.
