I deeply believe in the value of the therapeutic work in supporting healing, transformation and self-growth. I work with different modalities, depending on the person's needs and preference, to help them explore what may feel stuck, wounded or lost in themselves or their life, and recover and ignite their innate capacity for healing and change.
My approach is relational, experiential and focuses on depth-psychology. It draws together a number of theoretical frameworks, including psychodynamic, humanistic modalities, Jungian concepts, somatic interventions, parts-work and the creative use of personal and collective narrative.
My areas of special interest are relational trauma, intimacy, peri-natal issues, depression, self-image issues, relationship changes and endings, career and life transitions, personal and psycho-spiritual quests.
