My name is Aleks and I am an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor practising in Purley. I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, loss, stress, low self-esteem and other psychological difficulties. I offer both short term and open-ended counselling and my aim is to help you make sense of whatever is happening in your life and empower you to make positive and lasting changes.
I draw from various theories such as humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioural. This allows me to work in different ways depending on what is most helpful. As a relational therapist I aim to provide a safe space where the clients' past and current relationships can be explored, understood and improved.
I offer counselling both in English and Polish.
