I am an integrative psychotherapist with experience in relational psychoanalysis. My aim is to help individuals understand the root causes of their difficulties to transform their lives in meaningful ways. I work with clients on a wide range of issues, including: dealing with anxiety and/or depression, difficulties with pregnancy, postpartum depression, pregnancy loss, abuse (past and/or present), addiction, bereavement, and trauma, among other concerns. I appreciate how past experiences can impact present relationships and contribute to feelings of low mood, anxiety and disconnection.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Oxford and Georgetown Universities and graduated with honours. I then received a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Regent’s University. I gained experience working at Help Counselling, West London Centre for Counselling, City Pregnancy Counselling & Psychotherapy, and Addiction Therapy.
