I'm an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist, working in the NHS at the Maudsley hospital and I also offer individual psychodynamic therapy in my private practice in Primrose Hill, North London. I specialise in adult psychotherapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, low self esteem, PTSD and loneliness. I generally offer open ended long term therapeutic work, designed to facilitate deep - seated characterological changes.
Sometimes it can be hard to know what is wrong. You know you are feeling low, or anxious, depressed or are experiencing low self esteem but you're not sure why. My training in psychodynamic therapy will help you and me to think together about and explore what is going on behind these issues.
