It is a safe, contained space to look inside, listen to your body, and express in movement what is going on inside. The group explores working with body process, creativity, movement and active imagination to gain a better understanding of your blind spots and their client/organisation's issues, your relationship to what emerges, and the implicit conversations happening. Let's listen to our bodies in a safe space and learn from this interaction, being supported by our colleagues, and an experienced psychotherapist. Alda is completing her diploma in supervision with the Gestalt centre in London.
