About
Are you considering counselling and wondering how it would help? Here are just some of the things counselling could help you achieve: You can get some extra support from a trained professional when life seems too difficult to bear alone. You can make sense of your feelings and thoughts about a sensitive subject in a confidential environment. You can explore a complicated problem and come out with clarity about what you want and what you need. You can come to terms with your childhood or other past events that won’t seem to go away. You can make sense of your past and current patterns and change behaviours that no longer serve you.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, meaning I combine techniques from multiple counselling theories to work in the best way for you. With 5 years experience of counselling and 20 years of listening in a professional capacity, I am non-judgmental and a good listener. Whatever troubles you have to tell, I can hear them and you can move forward.
Perhaps you're anxious about seeking counselling because you've never done it before and don't know what to expect. Or perhaps you've had a bad experience in the past and you're unsure about trying again. Finding the right person to open up to isn't always easy, so I offer a free no-obligation telephone consultation so you can see for yourself if I can help.
