We offer therapy to anyone facing issues with relationship, sexuality, and gender identity but are not limited to these focus areas. We have a long history of working with the LGBTQIA+ group and many of our team are in this group.
Our model of therapy at Albany is psychodynamic, mainly long-term individual therapy, low cost (£15 minimum), over 2-3 years. Currently, we have 30 places for new patients. We are happy to discuss referrals, or people can refer themselves by filling in our assessment / intake forms available on our website.
All our therapy team at Albany are in weekly clinical supervision with highly qualified senior practitioners, as a requirement of the placement. Whether they are in training or already qualified, therapists at Albany are supported by their supervisor and our clinical team. Our patients highly value the care we provide.
