About
I work with a variety of people like you from all walks of life, age, gender, profession and nationality. The type of therapy I use allows me to help you to look a little deeper at the issues you are facing and provide a safe place to do this. I always aim to work with you in a way that allows you the space to explore how you feel. I like to make sure that when you come to see me you will have the safety and security you need to look at the issues you have and feel that I am right here with you. The journey through problems and challenges is often a painful one but I will always be there to help you find understanding.
I will work with you to identify the problems in your life and associated feelings that are often hidden. This can include past events that have impacted on your life and led to these problems and how you have been left feeling as a consequence. People often say how liberated they feel when these issues are held and thought about together.
I have great passion for this sort of work for much of my adult life. I have worked in mental health care for the last 24 years and always felt that this therapy was a worthwhile and often powerful way to help people move on and find happiness, peace and freedom to move away from something that seemed to feel that it had complete control of their life.
