My name is Aukse (she/her), which is of Lithuanian origin and is pronounced as 'owk-seh'. I am a qualified, BACP-registered and neurodiversity-affirming integrative psychotherapist, which means that I draw from different modalities (person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT) to best suit your individual circumstances. Alongside my postgraduate diploma, I have extensive experience working with autistic individuals and those with mental health struggles to help them find work. The client groups I work with are adults and YP (18+).
Through my work, I aim to offer a safe, inclusive, and person-centred space where you can speak openly and feel supported as we explore what matters to you the most. A belief that we are the best experts on our circumstances guides my practice. In practice, this might look like us working as a team to understand what brings you to therapy and find solutions.
