Regardless of where you have been or where you are, I am a true believer in working towards where you want to be with the opportunity to process and grow, with the right therapist. I will help you feel safe and supported and create an environment where you feel able to explore without judgement.
I adapt my approach to support each unique client, based on their individual experiences and their personal requirements. Taking into account their personality, needs, communication choices and how they find it easiest to express themselves. Whether that be by talking, writing, drawing, exploring through narrative therapy or using various creative therapies.
I know from personal experience how powerful and effective therapy can be. Also how difficult it can be to take that leap into a new journey, not truly knowing where it'll take you. I love helping people, and I will commit myself to the therapeutic journey you are about to embark upon. I work with individuals, couples/ relationships and families.
