Hi, I’m Aisling, a registered Creative Arts Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I use creative materials and play to help people express feelings, emotions, and experiences. You don’t need to be “good” at art, we focus on the process, not the final product. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your challenges, and I meet each client with care, understanding, and connection.
I’m based in Belfast, Antrim and Lisburn, I also provide Art Psychotherapy in primary and secondary schools. I offer sessions via Zoom. Send me an email if you’ve any questions. I’m certain we can find the right space for you to attend. I look forward to working with you.
