I’m a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist (BPC-accredited MBT Practitioner) and previously a Social Worker, with over 10 years of qualified mental health experience in the NHS and private sector. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space to help you feel safe to explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and work towards change that aligns with your therapy goals.
My work is informed by evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including attachment and relational models, MBT, CBT, CFT, DBT, systemic and psychodynamic. My practice is supportive of neurodiversity, gender fluidity and sexuality.
I can help with low or fluctuating mood, anxiety, stress, high-pressure, disconnection, self-esteem, body image and other concerns.
I specialise in supporting people who have experienced difficulties or harm within relationships, including early or parental relationships, and how these experiences can affect sense of self, mood, and current relationships.
