My name is Aisha Ahmed. I specialise in working with children and young people aged from 4 to 25 remotely. My role is to support individuals enabling them to express themselves freely through exploring their thoughts and feelings. I am committed to ensuring children and young people are in a safe, comfortable environment and are respected and listened to during therapy. I work with clients using various techniques whether it involves working together to find solutions or listening, allowing the client to express themselves freely. I will do my best to ensure a non-judgmental space where the client and I are able to work together.
I use an integrative approach to counselling whereby the therapeutic approach differs depending on the client’s needs, goals and age. I offer an initial 30 minute session whereby we are able to establish if we could work together with further sessions priced between £25 and £30. Sessions take place remotely via video/audio call or messaging.
Mental health is paramount and needs to continue to be recognised. Your mental health is as important as your physical health and needs to continuously be taken care of. I can provide support in difficult challenges you are faced with.
