Hello and welcome! My name is Ainara and I am a compassionate therapist, supervisor & life coach offering sessions in English and Spanish. You might be feeling low, anxious, confused, having relationship difficulties or going through some struggles in life. I can help you. I have been supporting people in their journeys of self discovery and healing for many years. I went through some tough times in life, felt unworthy and lost but through the safety of therapy I was able to heal my past and empower myself to make different choices. I know that you can feel better too and I am here to support you in your journey.
I work with individuals who want to feel better but don't know how. I offer a professional, warm, safe and non- judgmental therapeutic space where you can be yourself fully.
