Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may feel anxious, emotionally drained or stuck in patterns that are no longer serving you. Whatever has brought you here, therapy can offer a safe space to make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater insight and new ways of coping.
I am a warm and experienced Clinical Psychologist, with a particular interest in supporting adults who have experienced trauma and difficult life events. Trauma can shape the way you think, feel and relate to others- so I work gently and collaboratively, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I also support a wide range of other mental health concerns and have extensive experience working with neurodevelopmental differences. I offer evidence-based therapies; and prioritise creating a therapeutic relationship that feels warm, respectful, and grounded in compassion- because feeling safe and understood is often the foundation for meaningful change.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. That's why I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation- a space to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
