I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and member of Women First Healthcare; a multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide expert, bespoke and compassionate assessment and treatment for the mental health and well-being of women. We work in Partnership with the team at Willow Health - a private specialist menopause clinic in Central Scotland, and in connection with Held in Our Hearts; an organisation offering support to people who have lost a child. I have also trained with the Foundation for Infant Loss, an accredited UK-based organisation that works with families who have experienced infertility, miscarriage and loss.
I use an eclectic approach to therapy, and have been trained in a wide variety of evidence-based psychological interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
