Hello, it is good to have you here. Taking the first step to reach out for support can be daunting. I am a qualified counsellor and I am here to provide you with a safe space where you can express your true self. I believe that a good therapeutic relationship can foster lasting change. In my practice, alongside talking therapy, I use various creative methods like metaphors, images, drawing, and raising awareness of your body responses.
I have experience working with various presenting issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, long term illness, ASD, ADHD and childhood abuse. I also have an experience of working with carers. My special interests are in transgenerational trauma and Neurodivergence, particularly in the context of late diagnosis.
