Hello, my name is Agnieszka. Sometimes we need a safe place to talk about how we feel and what we’re going through. Whether there are present life challenges or past experiences that trigger difficult feelings like stress, anxiety, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed, having someone who will listen to you with understanding and without judgment is the start of healing. Difficult situations, particularly traumatic ones, can leave us for years unable to develop and lead happy lives. They can effect our self-esteem and self-worth, forming successful relationships and disrupting our life plans and dreams.
I am a qualified psychologist and an integrative counsellor. I’ve developed my counselling training to be a trauma informed counsellor and, in my work, I use three phase trauma model to support clients who experience trauma related symptoms like anxiety or panic attacks.
We would work together using different therapeutic techniques with the aim of helping you to understand yourself better, make sense of what you’re going through, and to find the best way forward. My work focus is to help people to feel more empowered, to strengthen their self-esteem, build happier relationships, and cope better with life challenges.
