Does it all feel a bit overwhelming? Humanistic therapy is about connecting genuinely with what matters most to you. I offer a caring, relational approach to help you navigate life's challenges, understand yourself better, and improve mental well-being. I support people through trauma, relationship issues, identity, gender, sexuality, confidence, and life crises. Aware of systemic unfairness and oppression, I create a safe space to explore these experiences with respect and curiosity. Discovering yourself, your community, and the world can enrich relationships, belonging, and the joy of life.
I am a qualified UKCP-registered Humanistic Psychotherapist, using Gestalt, TA, and Person-Centred approaches, fostering a body-mind-environment awareness grounded in human relationships to support your process and integration; complemented by yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. I gained experience in private and charity clinics, including work with LGBTQiA.
You are the expert on yourself. My role is to support, guide, and gently challenge you to understand yourself, find your voice, and integrate your life story so it doesn't overpower you.
