I’m Agata (pronounced Agatha), a humanistic, Gestalt counsellor. I support those navigating the pressures of modern life, especially when past traumatic experiences or difficult relationships with self and others affect their wellbeing. I offer counselling in English and Polish, both in person and online, creating a space where clients from all backgrounds feel validated. I am dedicated to providing an inclusive and empowering environment for survivors of DA and SA. I proudly support neurodiverse clients and the LGBTQ+ and kink communities. Currently in training to become a psychosexual and relationship therapist.
I have experience supporting a wide range of issues, incl anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD and many others. I engage in ongoing professional development through regular training and CPD to ensure my practice remains informed. I use creative approaches in the therapeutic process to support personal growth, while always respecting free choice.
In humanistic therapy, the relationship itself is where therapy starts. I aim to meet you as you are in the moment, offering a space where your experience can be unpicked.
