Hi I'm Alice, Does your anxiety or stress feel overwhelming and difficult to cope with? I specialise in helping clients to understand and manage their anxiety. Counselling empowers you and is life changing. I work with clients whose anxiety is a result of unresolved childhood issues, feeling' different', or have lost a sense of who they are. This impacts on relationships, self esteem, and health. I bring an experienced perspective to the difficulties clients have managing new situations or differences in culture, values, and beliefs. My clients express relief at releasing their shame, loss, or pain. As they heal, they move forward.
I help clients whose anxiety affects their relationships, to reduce their anxiety, and increase their self confidence. Developing a deeper understanding of who they are and how they want to live, my clients also restore a sense of purpose. Working on their childhood issues, they also find it offers clarity and ability to heal, improving their relationships.
I appreciate that reaching out for help takes courage, so I offer a free introduction call. I am a person-centred counsellor, however I also integrate a variety of approaches to suit you specifically. My clients are young people (18+), adults, older adults. I offer short or long term counselling and we can work together face to face, or by video call.
