I work with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, self development and esteem and most problems. My aim is to work in a non-judgemental way. I am trained in existential psychotherapy, the principals of which underlie the way I work. In addition I use cbt techniques. I take a creative approach to working with my clients and focus on the relationship before anything else. I believe therapy should be about providing a supportive and compassionate environment, where truths can be discovered and where courage may be required to confront the challenges.

I work with people who are having difficulties in relationships in the room, one to one. My speciality is moderate to fairly severe anxiety. Self esteem is another area.
