Hi, I'm Shannon an Integrative Therapist with a Master's Degree, meaning that I am extensively trained in different counselling styles to create the best approach that suits you as an individual, as one size doesn't fit all. Throughout my practice, I began specialising in Children, Young People and Families, however now successfully work with Adults and Couples with various life difficulties too.

I felt that I can use my skills from when i was a social worker to work with people who feel that they would benefit from talking to someone about what is happening to your life at the moment. I can be that person to give you that space for talk to about what is happening in your life(s) at this moment. I can work with you on issues that are causing your stress , anxiety bereavement and loss or you might have family relationship difficulties people close to you . As a counsellor I would be able to help you to work through those feelings. I work primarily with adults and i also work with couples on your relationship

I offer counselling to individual adults and couples for a range of difficulties. For example depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, bereavement loss, work related problems, obsessive compulsive disorder, addictions, eating disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, post-natal depression, childhood issues, and much more. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Some people may require short term counselling, such as 6 sessions, others will require more longer term counselling. A plan of work will be made together, to suit you and what you would like to address in our sessions together.

Sometimes we need a little help to understand our emotions and feelings. I am here to listen, provide support and help you to process your feelings in your own time. I will walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery.
