I have worked with a range of clients of all ages and presenting issues. These have included anxiety and depression, suicidal thoughts and self harm, bereavement and loss of personal meaning and direction. I also have particular interest and experience in bringing peace and recovery after abuse and trauma.

I am trained as a counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the BACP. I have experienced many of life's adversities at first hand which helps me to better understand and empathise with my clients and what they seek counselling for. I believe in the healing power of nature and also offer outdoor therapy as well as indoor 1:1 and online.
