At times we may not feel understood by others, or understand our own challenges that causes day to day life to feel lonely, overwhelming and sometimes unbearable. As your therapist I provide an empathetic, trusting, confidential, safe space within my private therapy practice in a quiet, residential area in Eccleston St Helens to share your thoughts, perspective and feelings without the worry of your world being judged with you having a voice to share whatever you want to bring to the therapy space.
I am a fully qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist who uses Person-Centred Therapy, with you the client being central to the process with whatever you bring to sessions being understood, heard, validated and not-judged. Additionally I offer aspects of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) that is personalised to you the client to help you change and grow.
I am a positive and enthusiastic people person with a warm, caring and friendly personality who genuinely loves the job I do where I have practiced in counselling services in Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Liverpool. I offer confidential and compassionate 60 minute 1 to 1 sessions that can be in-person, online, over the phone or outdoors.
