Life can be a lot to handle, but you don’t have to deal with it on your own. I offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard without judgement. Reaching out for help can be hard, but I’m here to make the process as easy and manageable as possible.
Therapy is a space for reflection, growth and moments of joy as well as challenges. We’ll work together at your pace, exploring what you want to change, and helping you work out your own best ways to get there, with trust, understanding and openness.
This world can be hard for all of us. I will listen to, support, and value you as we navigate your journey together. My expertise includes helping people affected by relationship difficulties, grief, childhood trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, sexual assault, questions about identity and confusion about how to be yourself in the world.
Inclusivity is at the heart of my practice. I strive to be race and culturally aware, am LGBTQIA+ allied, neuro-affirming, and often work with those with neurodivergent diagnoses.
