My work is with adults, children, families and couples. I specialise in attachments, trauma and that not good enough stuff, that has us not showing up, often causing anxiety issues that can keep us stuck or struggling to reach our potential. We can explore what is going on for, so you don't just survive but also thrive, and find your awesome.
