Having been born and raised in Hong Kong, studied in the United States, and now living in the UK, I understand the complexities of navigating different cultures, identities, and expectations. I am passionate about supporting individuals from immigrant and cross-cultural backgrounds who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught between worlds. Together, we can create space for greater healing and growth.
As both a drama therapist and a writer, I embrace a creative, dynamic approach to therapy.
Recognising that articulating struggles can often be difficult, I employ embodied, expressive, and interactive techniques to facilitate insight, drive meaningful change, and foster a comprehensive sense of well-being for my clients.
I offer a compassionate and culturally sensitive space for my clients. As a bilingual therapist and mother, I understand the complexities of family dynamics and cultural identity. I help neurodivergent children and emotionally disturbed adults express themselves more freely, strengthen relationships, and build emotional resilience.
