My name is Adele, and I have over 20 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist. I am trained to assess and treat a broad range of psychological difficulties using diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs. I work with clients across the lifespan, from young children to adults, addressing a variety of psychological challenges. In addition to my clinical work, I lead a dedicated team as the Managing Director of Northern Clinical Psychology Services. My goal is to provide a "gold standard" of care, aiming to reduce psychological distress while enhancing well-being and overall quality of life.
I specialise in trauma, supporting individuals impacted by traumatic events such accidents, natural disasters, terrorism, sexual assault, and child abuse. With extensive expertise in managing anxiety-related issues like OCD, I am also the Clinical Lead for the NCPS Autism Assessment Service, dedicated to providing assessments and follow-up care for children.
