Relationships are at the heart of a fulfilling life, whether in dating, with a partner, or within oneself. Yet, too often, disconnection, unspoken desires, unhelpful patterns of behaviour and emotional barriers stand in the way of deep and meaningful connections.
I help people move past these blocks, guiding them toward greater vitality, authenticity, and joy in their relationships by providing radical approval for the entirety of their desires and by supporting them to take inspired action towards the kind of person and the kind of partner they wish to be.
My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Attachment Theory, parts work, and shadow work. My style of therapy is playful and directive, and it uses a wide range of practical tools and exercises.
Some of my (s)heroes are Orna Guralnik, Jessica Fern, and Esther Perel.
Clients find deep approval and actionable insights in our sessions and, typically, change takes place quickly.
If you are interested in working together, I suggest booking a session to uncover exactly what you're aiming to get as a result of therapy.
