My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), a powerful framework that helps us understand patterns in thinking, feeling, and relating. Alongside TA, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities to create an approach that feels right for you.
As a relational therapist, I pay attention to patterns of behaviour and believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful catalyst for healing and growth.
