I also offer treatment aftercare, mentoring, relapse prevention guidance, and support partners and families affected by addiction. A confidential first conversation can help you decide your next step.
I give support and guidance on coping skills, setting boundaries, resolving conflicts and improving relationships. Being heard and understood without feeling judged can make such a difference to how you deal with life’s challenges. I can also help with loneliness, confidence, depression, anxiety and worry. Above all, I offer a safe, non-blaming approach.

A weekly ONLINE discussion and support group for friends, partners and family members affected by someone’s alcohol or drug use, facilitated by an experienced addiction counsellor and group therapist. Learn about drug and alcohol problems and how they affect others. This is a gentle, confidential group and there is no pressure to talk more than you want to. Topics include: Managing emotions, Who is responsible?, Taking care of yourself, Rebuilding trust, Improving communication, Setting healthy boundaries.
