I'm Adam, a CBT Therapist primarily specialising in the treatment of Panic attacks, OCD, PTSD and Depression. I am BABCP accredited and my knowledge, skills and experience span the past 10 years. I have worked in NHS and Local Authority services for past 5 years. I will help you to identify patterns that are keeping you stuck in vicious cycles of negative thoughts and feelings. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals and supporting you on your well-being journey.
I follow the National clinical guidelines for treatment of Depression and Anxiety. I specialise in the treatment of PTSD, Panic and OCD. I offer exposure and response prevention for OCD which is the most effective evidence based treatment. I have attended additional training in OCD and PTSD. I am experienced treating these difficulties.
My clients say I am compassionate and I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for good and effective therapy.
