Hi, I'm Adam. I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist based in West London with a practice in Ealing.
I offer a welcoming, safe and supportive space for you to explore whatever might be troubling you, whether it be struggles with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma or other issues.
As well as sitting with you in difficulty or distress, we can also explore and build on the ways you find contentment, joy and happiness in life.
In addition to my practice, I have worked for several psychotherapy services supporting people with diverse needs from struggles with addiction, early life trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I also volunteered for mental health charity, CAPE, working with individuals with enduring mental health issues, such as complex PTSD, psychosis and EUPD.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation for anyone who is interested in becoming a client.
