I have experience in numerous areas of mental health, but mainly in addiction, trauma and self-identity. Life is a mad rollercoaster that flies by without us knowing half the time. This can result in how we view ourselves, our world, our relationship's as a muddle. A network of spaghetti almost. Through sessions with myself, we will draw out the pieces that are important to you, helping you understand, connect emotions, accountability and humanity in your life.
