Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly carrying too much on your own?
Many people reach out when things haven’t completely fallen apart — but something doesn’t feel right anymore.
I’m Adam, and I offer online counselling for people who want a confidential, flexible space to talk things through without pressure or judgement. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or happening.
Working online can feel more accessible and less intimidating, particularly if starting therapy feels daunting. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan — we work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.
I work with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, depression, stress, anger, relationship issues, low self-esteem, ADHD and addiction. These struggles often show up in patterns that can leave you feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can help you better understand these patterns and find healthier ways of coping.
Alongside online counselling, I also offer walk and talk therapy for those who feel more at ease outdoors and find movement helps them think and talk more freely. Walking side by side in nature can feel less intense than sitting indoors, offering a calm and grounding space for reflection.
