Adam Clayton currently has a waitlist for new clients.
Are you looking for a safe space where you can explore and understand what’s going on for you? I’ll be alongside you as you explore your needs, feelings and hopes so that you can take that awareness into your life and relationships. I begin from a place of acceptance and curiosity so that you have the time and space “just to be” and “take stock” while also exploring the freedom of seeing yourself and others differently. It’s human nature to experience a range of difficulties but you don’t have to struggle alone, without support.
My relational focus is to welcome ALL of you, whether you feel curious or confused, ashamed or proud, rebellious or reserved. Whatever the mix of emotions, YOU are welcome. From the moment you make contact I’ll be a supportive and empathetic presence as you seek to get to know unseen or previously unwelcome parts of you and in time integrate them.
I look forward to hearing from you and whatever is arising in your life. I’m committed to a safe, respectful space where you can explore your true self at your own pace. I have over ten years experience in the NHS, working with grief, difficult memories and relationships; always affirming the dignity and worth of the people I meet.
“Welcoming you as you are; exploring your whole self in dialogue. ”
