When you are finding things difficult, you may just want to talk to someone. You might have worries, anxious or depressed feelings, low moods, work stress, relationship problems, or past or present issues affecting you. Finding that person to talk to can be hard. Counselling at Accept NI can help you, giving you that time you need to talk to a professionally trained and accredited counsellor about any difficulties you are dealing with in a safe, respectful, comfortable, confidential space, without judgement. At Accept NI we are here to listen with understanding so you can feel heard. There is always light after the darkness.
Elaine at Accept NI Counselling is a qualified Integrative Counsellor (Ulster University), MBACP accredited. She will tailor your counselling specifically with you from person-centered, cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. She also is experienced in counselling young people, walking therapy, art and mindfulness interventions.
Counselling at Accept NI is inclusive and open to all adults and young people. The first consultation session is free to help you to decide if it's suitable. Appointment times are flexible Monday-Saturday including evenings at the therapy room or online to help you access counselling. Reach out and talk in a warm, confidential space. We are here for you.
