I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults, with over five years’ experience in the NHS. I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), and trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, with a particular interest in attachment and early relationships. Together, we may explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns continue to shape your present, and work towards a deeper understanding and lasting change.
