Taking the step to reach out for help can feel daunting and I provide a calm, caring and safe space in which you can explore the difficulties and experiences which have brought you to therapy. I have experience of working with a wide range of people and the difficulties they have had to face, such as anxiety and depression, perinatal issues, childlessness, transition, loss and trauma.
I have a flexible approach to working with individuals according to what would be most helpful. While my training as an art therapist offers individuals a creative means of expression and exploration, you don’t have to be experienced or ‘good at art’ to benefit from art therapy. It can be a mixture of making art and talking or simply as space to talk.
