Hi, I’m Abi, I’m a qualified and trauma-informed, Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor, which means I'm trained in several different types of therapy. My core approach is Person-Centred because it is my absolute belief that you are the expert on you. There is no level of sadness or worry that means therapy is right for you, our experiences and our responses are unique so the route through those feelings is also very personal. We can’t change the past but we can change how much control it has over us, our relationships and our decisions in the present.

However difficult it may feel, I’ll be alongside you offering a balance of compassionate exploration and supportive challenge where you are safely and gently held. I integrate a range of skills and models of therapy from somatic (felt sense) experience, to IFS, and tailor sessions to the needs of my clients.

I know, from my own experience, that even looking for therapy is an act of great courage. If looking is as far as you get today that’s already a huge step.
