Specialising in working with neurodiverse clients and those with historic trauma, I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and creative space tailored to you. Sometimes we can't or don't want to talk about the difficult stuff. In sessions with me you'll be equipped with tools to express yourself authentically and creatively. You might like to work through a particular issue, or maybe you just want to finally, truly get to know yourself. I work with adults and young people (13+) and strive to provide a welcoming space for all genders and sexualities.

Dramatherapy is creative psychotherapy. In a session we can talk, but sometimes it's easier to go deeper and authentically express yourself in other ways, like creating stories or characters, making art or music, or showing me using movement, images or objects. This can make difficult subjects easier to approach, and help you find new, creative perspectives.

I provide online and in-person therapy from my comfortable and peaceful clinic in Leith for individuals and couples. We can meet weekly or fortnightly, working with what fits in your life right now.
