About
Welcome. I am a Clinical Psychologist supporting children, adults, their families, and organisations. I aim to help you understand your experiences (both recent and longer-term), move on from patterns and traumatic experiences that keep you feeling stuck and hold you back, increase your confidence and hope for the future, and find ways to build a life that includes the things most important to you. I am keen to provide therapy in a way that fits how you like to work, including appreciating autism, ADHD and additional cognitive needs.
I have specialist expertise in supporting people who have experienced traumatic events and difficult life circumstances, through my work as an EMDR and schema therapist. I am trained in CBT, ACT, and functional analysis for understanding the causes and consequences of behaviour. I provide diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD.
I look forward to hearing from you and working out together how to make the changes in your life you are hoping for. Please email me to book in a 15 minute chat. This will give us a chance to see if the support I provide feels like a good fit for you, discuss any practicalities such as session times, and answer any initial questions you have about therapy.
